Wininger Construction is proud to host an Open House celebrating two new phases in their WestCott Neighborhood! The neighborhood's success is a tribute to the expansion in the area and a testament to the work of all parties involved. Resulting from a multi-faceted collaboration by local governments, businesses, and private interests, this local development proves that "a rising tide floats all boats."

Wininger Construction has been awarded a $900,000 Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative (READI) Grant from the Indiana Uplands READI Steering Committee, Regional Opportunity Initiatives (ROI) Board of Directors, and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). Funds will be used to build infrastructure for the Westcott neighborhood within the WestGate@Crane Technology Park.

Wininger Construction and citizens of Monroe County are well aware of the housing deficiencies in the area. Wininger Construction--in collaboration with Greene County officials, the Greene County Economic Development Corp, and countless other contributers-- were thrilled to unveil our project for the development of workforce housing in an area where it is most needed.

Wininger Construction receives recognition for its long-standing goal to help the local workforce attain home ownership. Collaboration with local governments and organizations made this dream a reality.
